Stray Kids earned an excellent career achievement. The group topped the Billboard 200 Albums Chart with their latest EP, ODDINARY, as the magazine announced on Tuesday (March 28), becoming the third K-Pop act to land No.1 on the chart after SuperM and BTS. This is also Stray Kids’ first time entering the chart.

Billboard revealed that ODDINARY earned 110,000 equivalent album units in the US for the week ending March 24.

ODDINARY also landed No.1 on the Top Album Sales Chart with 103,000 copies sold – this is the largest sales week for any album released in 2022.

Moreover, the EP is the 13th mostly non-English album in Billboard history to reach No.1. Stray Kids also debuted on the UK’s Official Album Chart and Official Singles Chart for the first time.

Released on March 18, ODDINARY is the group’s second EP, coming after Noeasy, their second-full album released in August 2021. The EP consists of seven tracks, led by ‘MANIAC’ written and composed by 3RACHA, the group’s producing unit consisting of Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han, with VERSACHOI.

ODDINARY advanced orders surpassed 1.3 million copies, making Stray Kids the first artist under JYPE to achieve this number in pre-sales. The EP has sold 853,000 copies in the first week of its release, according to JYPE.

The mini-album has topped the iTunes Album Chart in over 57 countries, including Australia, Austria, Colombia, France, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, and more. The EP has debuted at No.1 on the Worldwide iTunes Album Chart and has reached No.1 on the US iTunes Album Chart.

Stray Kids will start their world concert tour in April. The tour will kick off in Seoul on two dates, April 30 and May 1, stop in nine cities in Japan, and run in the United States until July 27.
