Lunars are back, with two brand new songs and are also under a new name. Lunars, formally known as The Lunar Year, consists of The Vamps’ Connor Ball and Cheat Codes’ Sasa Macek. Recently they had been teasing a song on social media called ‘Buried In The Basement’, and it received so much of a positive reaction that they actually released it two weeks ago.

Following their surprise release of ‘Buried In The Basement’, just last week they released another song called ‘Figure It Out’. The song reflects on how important meaningful relationships are to get you through tough times. Connor and Sasa also invited fans down to a park in Birmingham to play a part in the new music video. You can watch the music video down below.

Connor says of the song:

‘Figure It Out’ is a song about reaching out to a friend that’s in time of need when they’re struggling mentally and finding it hard to find a way out and telling them that they can put all their anxieties and worries on you so that they can have time out.

LUNAR’s debut EP, The Lunar Year, was produced by Grammy-nominated Matt Malpass and caught the eyes of the likes of Kerrang! and Rock Sound.
