Introducing: music’s hottest new duo, BLESSED
The south London-based pair are blessing our ears.
With a fresh, R&B-dance sound, BLESSED are the trendy sister duo storming into the music scene with the release of their new EP titled, ‘See Through All The Colours.’
Well-deserved buzz has been revolving around them―i-D, Wonderland and Popjustice all voicing their support for the pair. The release of their new single was exclusively premiered on i-D’s website.

Originally from South London, Lauren and Georgina (aka Loz and Gee) have recently signed with Island Records giving them a chance to show off their unique sound. They describe their new ‘See Through All The Colours’ as an empowering jam saying, “It’s about the confidence you have when you feel like you’re going to be the one to make someone realise there’s no one else out there for them but you.”
Along with ‘See Through All The Colours,’ the second track ‘My Yute’ delivers a dance-hall pop sound, perfect for the dance party of your dreams. ‘Venom,’ the third and final track from their EP, gives off vibes that are reminiscent of old-school R&B. Also standing as their debut single, ‘Venom’ offers a haunting sound that left quite an impression on what was to come from the sisters.
“As cheesy as it sounds, every day we feel we are so blessed to have such a close knit family that are so supportive,” says Loz. No doubt working alongside each other has made them closer, making them the duo to keep an eye on.
One thing’s for sure, our ears have been truly BLESSED listening to their sweet tunes.
