2016 continues to be the year of taking up a healthy lifestyle and Tom Daley is getting his slice of the pie with brand new book “Tom’s Daily Plan”, set to be released in December. The book is tipped to be the brand new lifestyle bible from the athlete himself who trains five hours a day, six days a week, and has learned a thing or two about maintaining a healthy body and mind.
The book itself will contain more than eighty recipes, exercise tips and motivational life hacks to help with energy levels, stress and time management. It basically has a little bit of everything anyone needs to get fit and healthy.
In the announcement, made on YouTube, Tom also revealed that the exercise tips featured in the book will be able to be done at home with zero equipment – so no need at all for an expensive gym membership.
There is a bit of a wait to get your hands on the book, as it’s released in December but it can be pre-ordered now with some limited edition copies being signed.
