6. Daisy Jones and the Six Series Premiere

One of the best trends to come out of the past few years has definitely been the surge of avid readers. BookTok’s love for author Taylor Jenkins Reid gave us this highly anticipated series and we can’t thank it enough. Starring Riley Keough, Sam Claflin, and Suki Waterhouse, Daisy Jones and the Six tells the tale of a ’70s chart-topping band spilling the details of their breakup decades later (think fictional Fleetwood Mac.) You’ll either want to read the book before the premiere or be inspired to read it after the show comes out.

Season 2 will be adapted mostly from the second novel in the hit Leigh Bardugo trilogy, Siege and Storm, but will include some of the final book as well as elements from Bardugo’s duology Six of Crows. When binging the show isn’t enough, some addicting reads await you!

8. Yellowjackets Season 2

The breakout star of 2021 that had Twitter and Reddit users circulating theories and reaction memes is set to return and fans are already trying to guess the plot twists that are sure to be around the corner. After a high school soccer team’s plane crashes in the wilderness with no sign of rescue, it is implied that the survivors turn to cannibalism. The show jumps between both past and present and has all the delicious horror nostalgia that we love. Acclaimed stars Melanie Lynskey, Christina Ricci, and Juliette Lewis are bound to deliver another season packed with twists and turns and if you missed the first season, it’s definitely worth a watch!
