London had plenty to ‘celebrate’ as LE SSERAFIM brought their PUREFLOW tour to the O2 Arena, kicking off their first European tour in a sold-out arena. With SAKURA, CHAEWON, YUNJIN, KAZUHA and EUNCHAE taking the stage together, the evening was a showcase of the group’s versatility, from powerful choreography and reimagined hits to heartfelt performances and plenty of playful interactions with their fans, FEARNOT. The setlist gave the members plenty of opportunities to show different sides of their artistry. There was no shortage of high-energy moments, but some of the most memorable parts of the night came from the group’s ability to make an arena show feel personal.

An introductory video had the crowd buzzing before the members appeared, it felt like a mini rave; and opening with ‘CELEBRATION’ immediately set the tone for the night. The energy continued with ‘Creatures’, a B-side song that gave fans something beyond the expected title tracks. With the live vocals coming through clearly, it was a strong early reminder of the group’s musical strengths. A remix version of their hit ‘Eve, Psyche & the Bluebeard’s wife’ kept the momentum going, bringing a fresh take to one of LE SSERAFIM’s most recognisable songs. The members looked right at home on stage, and their enjoyment was evident from the beginning.

After the five introduced themselves, they moved into ‘Need Your Company’. Written by YUNJIN about her fellow members, the song was one of the night’s most touching moments. Its heartfelt message, paired with the members’ vocals and warm visuals, created a lovely atmosphere inside the arena as you could also see the members getting emotional. It shows how much this song means to them and how grateful they are to share this journey together. ‘Sonder’ continued that more intimate mood, offering another glimpse of the connection between the members. These performances gave the evening a welcome balance, showing that LE SSERAFIM could hold the audience’s attention just as effectively with a softer song as well as with their more demanding choreography.

The energy picked up again with ‘Trust Exercise’ and a remix of ‘HOT’, before ‘Perfect Night’ became one of my personal highlights. There is something particularly special about hearing this song in a room full of people singing along. Its playful choreography and unmistakable girlhood feeling made it one of the most enjoyable performances of the night. It was a reminder of how music can turn a huge arena into a shared experience, with everyone joining in on a song that feels like the soundtrack to a night out with friends.

‘Blue Flame’ followed with another fresh arrangement, giving its vocals and choreography room to shine. LE SSERAFIM then switched things up with a rock version of ‘EASY’, one of the most exciting musical choices in the setlist. The heavier sound gave the track a different character while retaining what makes it so recognisable. It was a brilliant example of the group experimenting with their music and bringing something new to songs fans already know. ‘1-800-hot-and-fun’ was another fun standout, a performance of full of confidence and personality. The performance suited the live setting perfectly, and the members looked as though they were having the time of their lives on stage. The track brought a fresh burst of energy before the group spent some time chatting with the audience.

Then a cute interaction happened between the group and their fans, CHAEWON and KAZUHA picked people from the crowd to join a dance featuring snippets of ‘SPAGHETTI’ and ‘Eve, Psyche & the Bluebeard’s wife’. It was a lovely way to involve FEARNOT in the show and add something unique to the London stop. Following ‘Saki’ and an outfit-change interlude, the members returned with ‘BOOMPALA’, their latest single, before launching into ‘ANTIFRAGILE’. This was was another highlight, with its demanding choreography making full use of the stage and demonstrating the group’s performance skills. ‘Irony’ offered a change of pace before ‘CRAZY’ sent the energy soaring again. The song was one of the night’s biggest moments, with the members embracing its theatrical sound and delivering the kind of performance that makes it easy to understand why the track has become such a fan favourite. ‘SPAGHETTI’ kept the momentum going with a dance break that added even more excitement. The fun continued afterwards, when the members posed for photos wearing Sherlock-style hats before throwing them into the audience. It was an unexpected touch that brought plenty of personality to the production and gave fans another memorable moment to take home. A remix of ‘UNFORGIVEN’ followed, keeping the arena moving before ‘Fire in the belly’ brought the main set to a close. The inclusion of less familiar songs throughout the night was particularly welcome, allowing more of the group’s discography to shine alongside the biggest hits. It made the concert feel like a celebration of LE SSERAFIM’s wider musical identity rather than a setlist built around only their most popular releases.

The night was not quite over yet. The encore began with a dance challenge featuring snippets of ‘BOOMPALA’, ‘ANTIFRAGILE’, ‘CRAZY’, ‘Perfect Night’, ‘Made My Night’ and ‘CELEBRATION’, revisiting some of the evening’s most enjoyable moments. The members came back up with a performance of their latest single ‘Made My Night’ which was followed by a short performance of ‘ICONIC BY MISTAKE’, the song that is a collaboration between LE SSERAFIM, ILLIT and KATSEYE. The group then returned to ‘iffy iffy’, ‘No Celestial’ and a remix of ‘Smart’, extending the concert with even more variety. The extra performances were a treat for fans, particularly after an already packed main set. Throughout the encore, the members’ appreciation for the London audience was clear, making the opening night of their European tour feel like a celebration shared between the group and FEARNOT.

What made the London show so enjoyable was the way the five members brought their individual personalities together. Rather than featuring solo stages, the concert kept SAKURA, CHAEWON, YUNJIN, KAZUHA and EUNCHAE together, allowing their chemistry to remain at the heart of the performance. Their strengths complemented one another across the setlist, whether they were tackling the demanding choreography of ‘ANTIFRAGILE’, experimenting with the rock arrangement of ‘EASY’ or sharing a softer moment during ‘Need Your Company’. The vocals were strong, the choreography was on point, and the members brought an infectious enthusiasm to the stage. Just as importantly, the show made room for the little things. The fan interactions, the playful hat moment and the members’ relaxed conversations gave the evening a warmth that balanced its bigger production numbers. It was clear that they wanted everyone in the arena to feel part of the experience.

Launching their first European tour in a sold-out London venue was a memorable milestone for LE SSERAFIM. With standout performances, unexpected song choices for the setlist, and plenty of playful moments, the group gave FEARNOT a night worth celebrating. If London was any indication of what is to come, this tour is off to a brilliant start.
