TRENDZ may not be the biggest name in K-pop, but in London, they owned every moment!

Sometimes, it’s not the size of the stage but the heart behind the performance that leaves a mark behind. The 7 member group TRENDZ proved just that in London at the 229 London venue. While they may not (yet) hold the name power of K-pop’s heavyweights, this only made the night feel more special. An intimate, high-energy showcase that connected deeply with fans (their FRIENDZ), TRENDZ didn’t just perform—they made memories. HAVIT, LEON, YOONWOO, HANKOOK, RA.L, EUNIL and YECHAN are the new K-pop stars to put on your radar – and here is exactly why.

The concert kicked off with a lot of energy, as the boys came onto the stage to open with “MY WAY”, which instantly was setting a powerful tone for the night. With pure energy and synchronised precision, the opening felt like a statement from the group: they came to own this night. Only after lighting up the venue did they stop to introduce themselves, charming and humble, grounding all that performance fire in genuine personality.

Next up, “Nightmare” served some more darker vibes, showing off their sharp vocals and clean formations. But it was “WHO [吼]” that truly changed the vibes within the venue which created a kind of dreamy, magnetic spell over the crowd. Lights dimmed, voices rose, and suddenly, the venue didn’t feel like London anymore—it felt like somewhere else entirely. A standout of the night, “CLIQUE” followed, and the group their FRIENDZ made it clear it was a fan favourite. The performance zone lit up with chants, and you could feel the connection between this wasn’t just a show, it was a shared moment between the group and their fans.

Following up, the solo stages gave everyone a chance to shine: EUNIL’s performance Harry Styles’ of “As It Was” was an embracement to the UK’s own music scene. Later, HANKOOK, LEON, HAVIT, and YOONWOO teamed up for Coldplay’s “Viva La Vida” which gave a moment of unity and warmth within the K-pop community. What came next was an unexpected treat—TRENDZ’s dance cover medley. From BTS’s “FAKE LOVE” to JENNIE’s “LIKE JENNIE”, P1HARMONY’s “DUH!”, NCT 127’s “Walk”, “LOVE MONEY FAME” by SEVENTEEN and DJ Khaled, and “MONA LISA” by J-Hope, the boys showcase their versatility on these K-pop hits. The final moment was ATEEZ’s “ICE ON MY TEETH”, delivered with a lot of confidence, it almost felt like their own track.

Back to TRENDZ their own discography. Their hit “Chameleon” was (obviously) an instant crowd-pleaser, and switched smoothly into “GLOW” which was again, a smart choice that turned up the energy. “ven conmigo” brought the summer party vibes, and then came the moment everyone loves: a playful attempt at British accents. Cheeky, sweet, and surprisingly decent. “Villain” switched the vibe to some more intensity for one more time, and we are used to it at this point, but obviously it was delivered with a sharp choreography. Then came “VAGABOND” arguably one of their most technically impressive pieces. The vocals, the moves; it was like watching a group that has been in the industry for over more than 5 years, and the applause that followed? Deafening.

TRENDZ didn’t hold back on fan interaction either. They were chatty, charming, and full of personality; mentioning how they want to visit ‘Pop Mart’ next time in London, and laughing about their quick London stop. The moment fans held up banners during “Chameleon” while the group recorded a video was another wholesome touch of the night.

As the night came to an end, “Fantasy” hit, but you wouldn’t know the show was nearing its end. The energy never left the stage. The group’s gratitude radiated during “FOREVER MORE” creating one of the most touching moments of the night—a real bonding session between idols and fans.

And then the encore came: “ddoO ddoO” and “NEW DAYZ.” cooled it down just right—a perfect wrap-up full of joy, light, and hope. TRENDZ didn’t just finish strong—they left everyone wanting more. These guys proved that you don’t need to be a huge K-pop group to deliver a fantastic show. TRENDZ wants to come back to London, and so do we!
