Watch Niall’s performance on The Jimmy Fallon Show

Whenever we hear that one of the 1D boys has released new music, we know that a load of promo follows. This is obviously a great thing because it means that we get to see hear and more from the boys and see what they’re all doing individually. May 2017 has been a pretty epic month for all 1D related things and it’s the gift that keeps on giving.

Last week, Niall performed his latest single ‘Slow Hands‘ on the Ellen Show which was his first televised performance. On Friday, Niall made yet another US television appearance on the ‘Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ where he chatted about his upcoming album and performed.

Fallon interviewed our Niall and brought us all plenty of LOLs (which enabled us to hear his glorious Irish laugh) and some major throwback moments too. Of course, we’ve already seen those cute photos of Niall when he was a wee one, holding his toy guitar and destined to be a superstar.  If you missed the interview, you can watch it in full here.

Not only did he sit with Fallon for a chat and perform, Niall also did a little skit which involved him coaxing Jimmy into dancing to Gangnam Style (which he also joined in). I guess there was a bit of give and take as Jimmy persuaded Niall to sing a bit of Henley’s 1982 hit ‘Dirty Laundry’.

Niall has previously visited the show where he performed his debut single ‘This Town’ in December last year, so it was nice to see him come back for his second single. Niall isn’t the only member of 1D to have made an appearance on the show. Both Zayn and Louis have been on ‘The Tonight Show’ to promote their solo careers, whereas Harry has recently appeared alongside Jimmy Fallon on ‘Saturday Night Live’.

Niall’s performance of ‘Slow Hands’ was (of course) effortless. Let’s hope he makes a UK TV appearance soon to show off his magnificent vocals.
