New Hope Club have released a brand new music video for their fans today after teasing it this week. The video for ‘Whatever’ closely follows the music video they released for ‘Call Me a Quitter’.
The band have just finished a string of summer shows which took them all around the globe, starting in the UK and finishing in the US. At the intimate gigs, they played new music to their fans, including ‘Whatever’. The trio have promised that even more new music will be out soon.
The music video shows George, Reece and Blake working at a roller rink and then performing in the middle of the rink, with girls skating around them. It was filmed through the night and you can watch the behind the scenes to see how the band got on.
Whatever was written by all three band members and this era is seeing Blake’s debut as a producer. It is a summery song and the lyrics express the difficulties of going through a break-up.
