What happens when two friends leave Cincinnati, Ohio for the big music world on the west coast? Their tracks get bigger, and they grow closer.
The DJ/producer duo Jason and Jonathan, better known as Close Friends, have a signature style that mixes pop electronic music with R&B. Jason started as DJ PM in the Cincinnati club scene, and Jonathan began as a popular rapper at Indiana University. Their first original track ‘Don’t Love Me (feat. Kashish)’ already has nearly 12,000 streams in under a month.
