An International Women’s Day playlist from Spotify’s biggest female artists

Celebrate International Women’s Day with Spotify’s Top 10 — and their most streamed songs.

The streaming platform revealed last Wednesday a list with their 10 most-streamed female artists according to this year’s rank so far. We then took it a step further and prepared a list with their most-listened songs to help you celebrate International Women’s Day dancing around enjoying good music.

1. Billie Eilish

The young singer isn’t only the most-streamed female artist on the platform, she’s also beaten every other artist — female, male, or otherwise — on the platform period, with her 10.3 billion streams. “Bad Guy” is her first-ever No. 1 single in the US and has more than 1 billion streams on Spotify.

2 . Taylor Swift

Miss Americana herself is the second singer on their list. Her most popular songs are from her album Lover, “ME!” being the most streamed one.

3. Ariana Grande

There’s no doubt her last album thank u, next was a huge success and granted her four Grammy nominations this year. Her track “7 rings” has been streamed more than 1 billion times on Spotify alone.

4. Halsey

She released her album Maniac in January, and we’ve been jamming to all the songs on it nonstop. However, her most-streamed song is her collaboration with The Chainsmokers, “Closer,” followed by her single “Without Me”.

5.Camila Cabello

The Cuban-American singer makes sure to add her Latin background to her songs, “Havana” being her first solo single after she left the girlband Fifth Harmony. It’s been streamed more than 1 billion times on Spotify.

6. Selena Gomez

Selena is one of Spotify’s favorites, and her collaboration with Cardi B., Ozuna and DJ Snake, “Taki Taki,” is people’s favorite with just shy of 1 billion streams. Her last album Rare has been doing great on charts since its release day, helping the singer to be on this year’s Top 10.

7.Dua Lipa

One of the rules to celebrate International Women’s Day today is to add Dua Lipa’s songs to your playlist. “New Rules” is her most-streamed song on Spotify and is an anthem to empower every woman getting over her ex.

8. Nicki Minaj

The Rapper Queen of course made into the Top 10. Every song she touches becomes a huge success. On Spotify, her most popular songs are collaborations Nicki made with other artists: “Swalla” with Jason Derulo and Ty Dolla $ing, “Woman Like Me” with Little Mix, “Bang Bang” with Jessie J and Ariana Grande and so many others. 9.Karol G

The Colombian singer has been doing great on charts with her songs and we couldn’t leave you without one more Latin touch to your playlist. “Tusa” with Nick Minaj is one of her most-streamed songs, and there’s no way you’ll listen to it without dancing.

10. Tones and I

Dance Monkey” has been taking the world by storm the last couple of months, and there’s no way to leave Tones and I out of this list. The song has surpassed 1 billion streams already, and we bet you listen to it everywhere you go.
