“Around the World” blogger event at the Cambridgeside Galleria

Wednesday night, Verity came in from the U.K., and within 2 hours of her landing at Logan, I dragged her over the bridge to the Cambridgeside Galleria for their “Around the World” blogger event. I’m so glad that we made it, because it was the first time we’ve really gone out and talked about United By Pop as a proper blog and discussed it with other bloggers. It was also the first time I’ve ever been to the Cambridgeside Galleria!

They had a great display of clothing with styles inspired by different cities (hence the “around the world” theme). Our particular favorites were London (we’re basic) and Tokyo.

There was also an awesome selection of appetizers, drinks, and even pizza. Any event with pizza gets our stamp of approval.

They had an awesome table with designer sunglasses from T.J. Maxx that we got to try on—love any opportunity to put expensive things on my face—and a charitable raffle.

We didn’t win the raffle (sad face), but we did get to go home with these awesome swag bags. What is better than free swag? Absolutely nothing.

Unfortunately due to limited trains, we had to run out early, but it was so great to speak to fellow bloggers, see some great clothes and accessories, and of course, have a bite to eat. I’ll definitely be making more of an effort to get out to other Boston blogger events.
