It's another anthem to add to our playlist

Fletcher and Hayley Kiyoko are the dream team in their new single ‘Cherry’. It’s the collab the LGBT+ community have all been waiting for between the ‘girls girls girls‘ singer and Lesbian Jesus herself.

The pair teased the song earlier this month with a video captioned “comment if we should drop this?? right answers only” plus a cherry emoji. In the clip, Fletcher says “so I made a song with someone…” before Hayley pops up and they sing along to a snippet together.

Shortly before that, they hinted that they were working together to unknowing fans by posting TikToks of themselves listening to each other’s music. Hayley posted ‘girls like girls who listen to… Fletcher’ while Fletcher did the same back to her. They asked fans to comment whether they should collab together and of course it was a resounding yes!

Now the collab is finally out and it’s just as good as we imagined. ‘Cherry’ is a infectiously catchy pop song that’s a testament to the power of the two queer icons joining forces. Warning: you’re definitely gonna have the chorus stuck in your head for at least the next week. But it’s totally worth it.

Fans are already obsessed with it, and so are we!
