The Hunger Games fanbase has lived on and lived strong in the twelve years since the first book blessed our lives. Now, in the year 2020, Suzanne Collins has released, not only her first book since Mockingjay, but a The Hunger Games prequel following President Snow as a teen.

I just finished reading The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, the hunger games prequel, and WOW. Without spoiling anything I’ll just say I’m shocked, disgusted, shocked again, angry, sad, and even more intrigued. It was very good and I hate Coriolanus Snow even more now.
