When will my prize arrive?

Good things come to those who wait… but we won’t keep you waiting for too long. We aim to get your prize to you as soon as possible – usually within 90 days from claiming.

Some prizes like pre-orders or tickets to an event may take longer, if you have any concerns just drop us a line on hello [at] unitedbypop [dot] com.

It’s been more than a month and I still haven’t received my prize!

Please send us an email to hello [at] unitedbypop [dot] com clearly stating which prize you won so we can look into the issue for you. Due to the volume of messages we get on Twitter, we can get to your query faster via email.

I made a mistake when I filled out the form, can I change it?

Oops, it happens to the best of us. Please don’t fill out the form again, send us an email to hello [at] unitedbypop [dot] com clearly stating your name, the prize you won and the details you need to change. We’ll take it from there.

I won a prize but I’m not from a country where the giveaway was open, can I still get the prize?

Some of our giveaways are limited to certain countries, it’s best to check the individual terms and conditions for each giveaway you enter. If you have a friend or family member situated in the country the giveaway was valid for, we can send your prize to them.

My contact details have changed since I filled in the form, what do I do?

Please send us an email to hello [at] unitedbypop [dot] com as soon as possible and we’ll do everything we can to try and get your prize to you.
