K-pop group XLOV’s first-ever London show came with a lot of curiosity and excitement at London’s Troxy. As a four-member K-pop group known for their genderless concept and emphasis on self-love and unity, the group has quickly built a fandom that values openness and individuality. The energy inside the venue was overwhelmingly positive as fans were handing out freebies, outfits were on point, and there was a light-hearted dance-off happening between the seated and standing sections. After a warm-up performance from a dance crew that got the crowd moving, it was finally time to see what WUMUTI, RUI, HYUN, and HARU had in store for their London audience.

They opened with their original track ‘Rizz’, immediately pulling attention with sharp choreography and confident stage presence, including a split that earned loud reactions from the crowd. The members quickly introduced themselves, keeping things fun and interactive, while also taking a moment to remind everyone to be kind to one another, setting a welcoming tone for the night. ‘I’mma Be’ followed as one of the crowd favourites, turning into a singalong. The mood softened with ‘1 of LOV’, giving the group a chance to show off their vocals and emotional delivery. Between songs, XLOV proved they’re natural entertainers, sharing stories about how they met and joking with each other in a way that made the show feel personal and relaxed; they proved themselves to be natural comedians!

One of the standout moments came during a duo cover by WUMUTI and HYUN of Rihanna’s ‘Diamonds’, where their harmonies really stood out. That was followed by a powerful duo dance from RUI and HARU, highlighting both flexibility and control and earning cheers across the venue. A playful shout-off between different sections of the crowd kept the energy high before the group took on BLACKPINK’s ‘Lovesick Girls’, putting their own spin on the iconic track.

Returning to their original songs, ‘BIZNESS’ lifted the room with confident energy, while ‘Scent’ shifted the vibe into something softer and more ethereal. Describing the night’s scent as ‘sweet, chill, and sexy,’ XLOV managed to capture the mood of the show perfectly. That continued with ‘Kiss and Say Goodbye’, followed by a heartfelt cover of Troye Sivan’s ‘Angel Baby’. Throughout the night, the group stayed closely connected with the audience, checking in on fans who were struggling in the crowd which is a small but meaningful moment that showed genuine care. The energy picked back up with ‘Drip Drip’, which quickly felt like a fan favourite thanks to its funky yet dreamy sound. ‘Dirty Baby’ followed, revealing a bolder side of XLOV and adding another layer to their identity as performers.

One of the most special moments of the night came during their hit song ‘1&Only’, when XLOV invited their choreographer from the crowd onto the stage, turning the performance into a celebration of teamwork and growth. It was a moment that felt honest and joyful, and one that fans clearly loved.

Closing the show, XLOV shared a simple message: be yourself. For a group so early into their career, they already have a clear sense of who they are and what they want to stand for. Their London debut was one for the books, and if this night was anything to go by, XLOV are only just getting started.
