On August 2, BOYNEXTDOOR took over Chicago’s House of Blues for a special Lollapalooza aftershow, filling the intimate 1,800-capacity venue with their high energy.
They kicked off the show with “I Feel Good,” and they did not miss a beat. Throughout the show, their choreography was fun and engaging. As it was my first time seeing the six-member K-pop boy band, it was clear why the venue was packed with excited, screaming fans. Their engagement with fans throughout the show was impressive, and the chemistry between the boys was fun to witness.

Crowd favorites included “123-78” and “IF I SAY, I LOVE YOU.” Between songs, they chatted with fans, and the audience erupted in squeals at every word. I found myself completely caught up in the moment, smiling and dancing along with the crowd.
With expressive songs and vibrant dance moves, BOYNEXTDOOR felt larger than life. Their catchy pop songs, amazing choreography, and effortless style prove they have a bright and successful future ahead. The show delivered everything a concert should: fun, energy, and pure excitement.
They closed the show with a reprise of “I Feel Good,” which brought the performance full circle with the crowd dancing and the floor literally shaking beneath us. It was a perfect example as to why BOYNEXTDOOR is a group to watch and keep on your radar.
