If you’ve got beady eyes and a great memory, you’ll remember way back in 2015 it was announced that Sarah J Maas’ ‘A Court of Thorns and Roses’ was being made into a movie. Now, lovers of the book need to get excited because more details of the feature-length film have sent the Internet into meltdown.
German producer, Constantin Film has now picked up the rights. The companies credits already include the ‘Resident Evil’ franchise and the TV series ‘Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instruments’. Working in tandem with Piers Tempest and Jo Bamford’s Tempo Entertainment, the movie is definitely on the horizon.
Speaking about the upcoming book to film adaptation Sarah J Maas said, “I’m tremendously excited to be working with Constantin and Tempo Productions on bringing these books to life. This team is so passionate about adapting Feyre’s journey for the big screen, and I can’t wait to see how everything comes together.”
Although no cast or director has been attached to the movie just yet, we can’t help but think who would make the perfect Feyre and Tamlin…
