Fall is fast approaching and aside from getting overly excited about wearing sweaters and boots, I was born ready for loading up on scents that remind me of the crisp leaves and the pumpkin spiced basic bitch I truly am at heart. I’ve done all the searching for the best candles in the UK and US that your hard earned money can buy.
Pumpkin Spice – Bath & Body Works
The original scent that’s sure to remind you of fall, this candle really does ooze out those October vibes.
Autumn Rain – Kringle
If like me, you’re from the UK you’ll know that in most cases autumn = rain. Sometimes there’s nothing better than stepping outside and getting a lung full of that fresh, crisp air.
Apple Harvest – Woodwick
Apple pie, apple crumble, apple streusel, apple muffins, I could go on and on. Apple is the perfect accompaniment to fall.
Autumn Night – Yankee Candle
I don’t know about you but autumn nights to me mean getting cosy, chucking on a chick flick and chowing down on some pizza, top it off with this candle and that’s the perfect night.
Leaves – Bath & Body Works
When the days start getting colder and the leaves start getting crunchier and changing colour you know you know fall’s well and truly here.
Baltic Amber – Voluspa
Baltic amber smells like a combination of sweet and pleasant burning pinewood, trust me on this one, it’s the perfect fragrance when it’s not quite cold enough to light the fire.
Pumpkin Chai – Nest Fragrances
If you’re all about those pumpkin chai lattes then this is the perfect candle for you, it’s not too overpowering yet still gives a lovely consistent smell.
Cosy By The Fire – Yankee Candle
This was one of the candles I could NOT stop burning last year. ‘Cosy By The Fire’ is a gorgeous warm mix of ginger, clove and orange combined with woody notes to give you the perfect fireside feel.
Coffee & Cardamom – Max Benjamin
This one’s for the caffeine lovers who like to keep it simple, with base notes of coffee, spice, cardamom and patchouli with a sweet top layer of rose and vanilla this scene is truly stunning.
Vanilla & Tonka Bean – The Body Shop
If you’re after a rich, creamy, vanilla scented candle I adore this one from The Body Shop, the burn time is fantastic and it gives out a consistent perfume.
