Our favourite rising rapper/singer Brooke Candy dropped a brand new single on Friday and we’re absolutely in awe.
The new single – ‘Paper or Plastic’ – follows her previous releases ‘Nasty’, ‘Changes’ and ‘Happy Days’, and is the latest track to be lifted from Brooke’s forthcoming debut album, which is being produced by none other than Sia.
The Californian has previously featured on tracks by both Charli XCX and Grimes, so here’s hoping that Brooke will be the next artist to break into the mainstream.
Brooke has before been described as “a retro-futuristic vixen with a tongue as sharp as her hooks”, and the video for ‘Paper or Plastic’, directed by Darren Craig, will sure be a true testament to that statement.
